COURSE PAPERWORK
To participate in Outward Bound, each applicant must submit all requested medical information and a PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS and LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT that's specific to your course. If applicable, you may also be interviewed by a Student Services Representative. Forms are accessible below as mobile-friendly online forms, and also in printable PDF formats.
SUPPLEMENTAL / FOLLOW-UP FORMS
Based on your medical form responses, some students may require follow up forms to be completed by a parent and/or Primary Care Physician. A comprehensive list of these forms can be found here for your reference.

WHAT TO EXPECT: VIDEO SERIES
Please take a few moments to view the three videos in our welcome series to help you prepare for your expedition. You'll hear from alumni just like you that have gone through the challenges of Outward Bound. In addition to the overview, you can hear our Admissions Team walk you through the basics of 'Packing' and 'Life in the Wilderness'.
